"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. "Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire visit—they truly made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea right from our room was such a special experience. The concierge team was also fantastic, helping us easily arrange excursions and transfers....

"Chambres propres, cadre apaisant, le domaine du chateau est très bien entretenu, c'est un havre de paix, et la décoration a été choisie avec élégance. Le petit déjeuner est varié et d'une qualité exceptionnelle. La carte du restaurant est originale, et très raffinée. Je n'ai pas pu tester le service spa mais je pense qu'il en vaut le coup. Les 4* sont amplement méritées. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit agréable. Je ne regrette pas ce passage à l'hôtel loin de la foule et du bruit."
