Where do I start. First I booked a room with a full beach view and was given the wrong room and was being charged more than what I booked for. It took over 40 mins for the front desk person to try and correct the issue. Only one key is provided in order to control the air coordinator, it will turn off when leaving the room thus when you return it is very hot. Shower was broken and had to take a shower in a vacant room. They do not provide any kind of toiletries. No refrigerator, blow dryer or iron. The food terrible and cold. If you want ice be ready to pay for it as they will only provide a cup. Will not stay here again..

The property is manned by very unfriendly staff. The food in the restaurant is highly misrepresented, and the lacks much un maintenance. Seem that they do just enough to get by. Very sad

Ok for a one night stay
We stayed twice - one night before we went into the desert, and once one the way back. The first night was outstanding. Great service, comfortable rooms and very clean. The second night was not so great. Unhelpful staff, rooms weren't ready (despite arriving 3 hours after check-in) and had ants in them. Not terrible, but the second stay was definitely less than ideal. Pool is good and easy beach access.

The property charge me more than was previously agreed, last minute they send me an email saying my confirmation was not confirmed. ☹️ it was only about $10 dollars of difference, but when you are traveling you are on a budget.

It was my first time in la Guajira. And I have the best experience ever. The tours and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, maybe is not a 5 starts hotel but they make you feel very comfortable. I love it and I will comeback again.

The employees are dedicated and offer an excellent service. The property is showing signs of aging, it looks a bit run down. For the amenities the hotel offer it is a bit overpriced.

The service at this hotel is great. There is an onsite pool and bar service(mainly beer) and the beach is right out back. Thevbreakfast is good and there is also a lunch and dinner menu. The downtown area is about a 10 minute walk.

The reservation was done with months in advance but when we reach the hotel the room not was ready, the beds was very bad, refrigerator was dirty, the breakfast was like you can eat what they have in the moment that you go to the restaurant,

Horrible!!! Where to begin...(first time leaving a negstive review - EVER). Place is in process of shutting down. There were only 2 other people there in an adjoining room - rest of hotel was empty! Desolate. Beds uncomfortable, room (especially bathroom), dirty. Shower had NO shower head - just a pipe sticking out of wall! BO HOT WATER!!! When I mentioned it to perdón in charge, he casually dismissed i saying they were ‘remodeling’. I later found out they are closing. Finally, in spite on if being only 3 in dining area, it took forever to get our food! Almost 45 minutes!!! When it came, it was very bad quality and cold. As I said, I’ve never left a negative review but this place was beyond being a total dump!

Mr Homero, We are a hotel that are trying to do things better and provide a better standard, and are not closing...on the contrary, we are expanding. We do limit our reservations and charge prices that go according to our phase, which is the last stage of remodeling. As of today, all the work is done, and invite you to stay again so we can change your perception. Thank you

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront zum Meer. Praktischer Parkplatz. Die Handtücher waren 5-Sterne -Hotel- Qualität. Das Restaurant eher nicht so empfehlenswert und die Leute an der Rezeption eher..... zurückhaltend. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, wir würden dort jederzeit wieder absteigen.

Mejor imposible
Muy bien me colaboraron con las personas para los distintos tours y hasta fiambre nos dieron para llevar al tour al cabo de la vela . Los empleados son amables. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena cerca de todo y lo más importante tiene playa privada y muy tranquila y segura

muy bueno
la experiencia en general fue muy buena, aunque había una fuga en el baño, pero siempre hubo agua y hay mucha limpieza y el desayuno, si uno madruga es muy bueno, porque luego de las 8 hay mucha gente entonces se demoran un rato, la pisciana es muy bonita y amplia. El servicio es excelente.

El hotel tiene mucho potencial, su ubicación con acceso directo a la playa, su vista, y el area de la piscina son excelentes, el personal es amable, sin embargo el servicio de restaurante es muy demorado, el desayuno incluido es bueno pero se demoran mucho en suministrarlo. Las habitaciones deberían tener una nevera para mantener las bebidas frías. Ni el televisor, ni el wi-fi funcionaron.

En general muy bien, es un hotel cómodo por el precio que ofrece. Tuve un pequeño inconveniente con la ducha, ya que tenía baja presión de agua. El servicio es excelente y la comida muy rica.

Algunos del personal del hotel hacen lo posible de dar un buen servicio, pero el hotel necesita mantenimiento en todas las zonas, las paredes en las habitaciones están terribles, algunas partes de la piscinas no están en uso por falta de cuidado, el desayuno necesita más variedad, todos los días igual y el cocinero al no tener ayuda en la cocuna es quien también sirve y atiende lo que hace que los alimentos no salgan cuando es y no sean preparados con el cuidado que debe ser, un poco costosos para lo que ofrecen. Buen acceso al mar. Creo que el dueño debería fijar su atención en el servicio y cuidado del hotel y no solo en ganar dinero.

No vallan a ese hotel es un peligro
Muy mal , el hotel ofreció servicio de Internet, televisión y frigorífico Y a pesar de tomar la tarifa mas costosas no cumplió con nada, y ante mi queja no hubo respuesta El hotel no esta en una zona segura y a pesar de eso, se puede acceder fácilmente a si interior y a sus habitaciones, no hay seguridad alguna Tome la habitación mas costosa con vista al mar, todo el frentes de la misma tiene una puerta ventana, pero no tiene balcon, asi que cuando la abres puedes caer al vacio ya que no tiene nada que te ataje Son unos inconscientes, fácilmente habrán un accidente grabes en cualquier momento

El agua de la piscina se ve sucia, muy distinta a las fotos Baño diminuto y feo, lavamanos es diminuto, no tiene tocador, la ducha es súper pequeña y se sale el agua NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE. La pieza tiene humedades No tiene desayuno buffet , solo huevos revueltos y arepa, no dan mantequilla ni mermelada El restaurante es carísimo, todo vale 30 a 50 mil pesos y la comida no vale la pena. El internet no es bueno, no hay internet en las habitaciones La cama suena horrible, traquea cada vez que uno se mueve, insoportable. No tiene caja fuerte No hay neverita en la habitación La descripción dice artículos de baño gratis y son solo jaboncitos para lavamanos y ducha No hay cortina, ni puerta en la ducha y se sale toda el agua Están construyendo y el ruido es insoportable

Que sus instalaciones están inconclusas, pisos y escaleras de acceso a las habitaciones. El minibar donde brindan los cocteles de bienvenida está muy apartado de la recepción y no hay fácil acceso desde la piscina. Los enormes ventanales no tienen seguros y se pueden abrir desde afuera de la habitación y acceder facilmente a la misma, es decir, que NO HAY SEGURIDAD. No hay un buen trato, les falta tacto para atender al público. Le falta mantenimiento a la piscina y a las instalaciones en general.
