"Needed towels they stated the didn’t have many made it a big deal for an extra towel The water mark is seasonal doesn’t state that on line No blowdyer came for one took them 45mins to take to room Safe hotel Stay needs new employees "

"Oh where to begin… The first room I was given was infested with cockroaches. Then the person who checked me in didn’t register me properly and I had a maintenance worker unlock my door while I was sleeping (I work nights) telling me I wasn’t supposed to be in the room. I politely explained the situation and they left. 30 minutes later a woman pounded on my door and very rudely told me I needed to get dressed and go to the office to talk to the manager. I asked her “why are you acting like I did something wrong here” to which she replied “I’m doing you a courtesy so we don’t call the police”… I arrive at the office and proceed to go through an inquisition regarding who I am and what I’m doing in that room. I kept my cool and explained my situation and showed them my reservation and key. They were still skeptical. After about 5 minutes they found me in their system and said “you’re good”… that was it, no apologies, nothing. If you like being treated like a criminal, this is the place for you! "

"Excellent! Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious and fresh. Parking was secure and easy to access. We stayed there 5 days and they did clean up every day. "
