"Everything was perfect. There was a sewage smell at some point but that could have been due to circumstances outside of the hotel but it wasn’t the whole time. Staff were very polite. Pool area clean. Food delicious. Great hospitality. "

"The view from our room is all I will remember for years to come. We stayed in 3108 and it was the best sunrise every morning. The pools and all public areas were clean and well kept up. Everything we needed was close by and the beach was setup with chairs and towels for us also. It was amazing. We will be back for sure!!"

"The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s walking distance to copacabana and a great central place to be when you want to branch out to the rest of the city. The hotel had breakfast included which was a nice touch and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a nice roof top for breaks in between the beach. Those are where the pros end. When we arrived the man at the front desk tried to charge us a full nights stay to check in early. This was apparently a negotiable price bc he knocked it down 100 rs when we said no to his 400rs price. The rooms had mold. We saw 2 roaches in the bathroom which I know are common in Brazil but I’ve been here a few times and this is the first time I’ve seen them in my room. Also the wifi did not work in our room at all. I don’t know if it was bc of the location of our room but it just wouldn’t work. We tried to ask for help. The front desk guy put it through on his Walkie but still 5 days without wifi. We could only connect in the lobby which the guy assured me should not be the case. I would not stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend to others unless it was on super sale. Next time I will just rent a local apt. It may not have amenities but I’m sure it would be better service and better wifi"
