Great vacation

Hello, we stayed here for our vacation with two children. Overall we were very satisfied...kitchen could be better equiped but other then this everything was really fine. The staff was really great, every time we were passing around they were smiling and helpful.

Residence di medio comfort vicino alla spiaggia

Il residence si trova in buona posizione, sulla seconda linea rispetto al fronte mare. La presenza della struttura in prima linea limita la vista mare anche dai piani più alti, ma la zona arretrata ha il vantaggio di essere silenziosa e tranquilla, pur essendo a soli 2 passi dalla spiaggia. Comodo il garage sotteraneo a pagamento, in fascia medio-alta per il territorio. La Junior Suite (sulla carta per 2 adulti + 1 bambino) è composta da una contenutissima camera matrimoniale + una piccola zona giorno dove trova posto anche il 3° letto; a separare i due ambienti un armadio a tutta altezza che rende il tutto piuttosto angusto e claustrofobico. Il cucinino ridotto al minimo e la mancanza di sufficienti spazi contenitivi un po' in tutto il locale non agevolano soggiorni lunghi. In compenso il bagno è ampio e ben concepito. Graditissimo il balconcino annesso alla zona giorno, arredato con tavolinetto e 2 sedie. Comodo e funzionale anche il doppio ascensore panoramico che collega i piani direttamente con il garage. Nella norma le pulizie, previste giornalmente nelle zone comuni e settimanalmente negli alloggi privati.

Residence davvero curato, dotato di buoni comfort. A 200m c'è un supermercato Coop, a 400 la stazione, e il mare si raggiunge attraversando la strada. Reception sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Unica pecca di quest'anno, non c'è più la colazione inclusa, problema ovviabile visto è sufficiente richiedere una soluzione con cucina. È il secondo anno che scelgo il T2. Soddisfatta!

È andato tutto ok in generale. Ma devo fare un appunto riguardo la cucina in quanto c'era scritto che se usavo la cucina dovevo pagare 12€ al giorno ma se io fitto un mini appartamento con tutte le stoviglie è perché mi cucino da me e non devo pagare per usare la cucina

Студия без балкона, с кухней в которой полноценный холодильник варочная панель и микроволновка, столовые приборы. В ванной комнате душ и фен. Struttura abbastanza nuova, cordiali e disponibili. l’unico Inconveniente è stato un rumore fastidioso che non ci permetteva di riposare la notte. Per il resto la pulizia l’hanno effettuata una volta su quattro notti.
