"The hotel is perfectly situated if you are going skiing, walk to the Glacier gondola and walk everywhere in town. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a spa that is so relaxing and the staff is welcoming and wonderful, I thought they must be the owners! The breakfast is a plentiful buffet and has the most amazing juicers!!!"

"Great boutique hotel. New. Only negative dislocation. On far end of town. No near by restaurants. Property restaurant closed on day we checked in. Uphill walk and taxi 70 swiss francs for 1.5 km. Bus is free, every 20-30 minutes. Hotel e-tuk tuk will pick up and drop off at the railway station. Must call from Tasch about arrival time. No receptionist after 10 pm. Otherwise great property. "The room was great. Needs an uplift. Just staff not to helpful when looking at restaurant suggestions as most were booked. Also d8d not explain how go get to see the Matterhorn by train. Very lucky we found a bell boy of the Rifflealp hotel at the station that explained everything. When its tge first time people go to Zermatt , you should offer more info. "

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"We reserved a Matterhorn view with extra price for the stay in May. Our room was on the first floor with partial view of Matterhorn and not much privacy which was somewhat disappointing. The hotel was quiet overall but the lights switches were very confusing. We asked for a train station pick up but they asked us to call even though we told them we didn’t have a phone number."
