"The hotel is located in a convenient part of town and 3 trams stop just across the street. They provide access to all tourist areas in minutes which could not be more convenient. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which provided a lovely variety of options and gave us a good start to the day. The dinner menu was limited and expensive, but there are a few other restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff were all excellent and helpful. "This was our third stay in four years which s a strong recommendation. Our room was good and was very quiet despite being close to the bus and train stations. The staff were very helpful with one exception when they found it difficult to give precise directions to a landmark in the city - quickly corrected by another member of staff.
