"I chose this accommodation for it’s convenient location south of pebbles beach and Carlisle bay. The hotel’s beach was very relaxing with plenty of chairs and spacious pools. Just not so great service from the bartender at the pool bar. There were decent breakfast options from the buffet and it was nice to sit by the water and eat. The lobby and communal spaces were great, but my personal room had lots of wear and tear (I.e paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling). Overall, the hotel is “fine”, but with some upgrades and renovations to the individual rooms the experience could be “great”"

Shouting commands to the staff is annoying for the guest. Food: Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent - great variety and also a special menu for health food, vegetarian, gluten and lactose free selections. Later than evening we had lunch which was hands down gourmet to each carefully crafted and well seasoned with love dish. Staff had our bags brought up to our rooms with urgency. Staff makes you feel appreciated and taken care of."
