"Our only comments are regarding the inoperative ice machine and the lack of any room USB ports that are features of the more modern hotels. Minor inconveniences, for sure. When in the area, we will book here again."

"Staff was friendly, helpful, polite, respectful. Our room was not ready so she quickly changed us to another room. No wait. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Great amenities. Safe environment. Highly recommend."

"The room was very clean and spacious, soaps/shampoos were from dove which was nice. The drain from the shower was a bit clogged so the water would rise a bit. Hotel breakfast had a great selection, cereals, muffins, bagels, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, sausages, yogurt and juices (just missing hot chocolate for the kids) The pool was warm as it’s outside but it wasn’t cleaned, there was some foamy stuff and lots of dead bugs inside"

"Air conditioning was window unit. Loud, not great. Grounds were overgrown with weeds. Parking lot looked sketchy. The back door wasn’t locked. Usually room key entry. It was wide open day and night. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machines didn’t work. Coffee watered down. Horrible. Hot water in shower lasted 2 minutes. In town on CMA weekend so not a lot of options."

"Everytime I visit this area, Comfort Inn is my hotel of choice. The rooms are clean, quiet, and the owners are so friendly and appreciative of your business. They offer a morning breakfast, and there are great restaurants within a few steps of your hotel. Great place to stay!"

"I'll be honest, it isn't anything fancy. With that being said, it's affordable for a quick stay. My room was clean and well kept. The air conditioning worked well. There was a bit of a smell in the room like someone had previously smoked in it, but it wasn't terrible. The staff were extremely kind and understanding."

"We discovered a water leak in the bathroom and around the commode. It was 3 am on June 28 2026 so we didn't tell the front desk until we checked out. The amenities were great! Was convenient so I didn't have to unpack mine. The coffee was good. The waffle that you make in the machine was very tasty.
