"Only marked this hotel down because it's currently undergoing renovations. Some floor trim missing and a few other minor things. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast. The breakfast serving area was hidden behind a barn door and was quite spacious and diverse! Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Kingsport is a spacious community. Many places to eat and coffee shops, plus a mall."

"I mean the staff are wonderful. The room was kinda clean but this is bare bones accommodation. The sheets and blankets were worn, the furniture was worn. Everything about this was worn and needed up keep. I don't expect a lot from motel six but I think the owners could do better. They leave their employees with little to work with."

"I booked a single queen room that Expedia says sleeps 3 meaning that they should have a sofa bed in the room. When we went in the room it only has a single queen but nothing else. The hotel says our accessible rooms are single queens only. So my only choice was to change rooms to a non-accessible double queen plus pay an $20.00 for the room."

"The staff was friendly upon arrival and explained how to use the wifi and what time was the breakfast. The room was very clean- the linens, bathtub and sink. The bed was very comfy.We didn't like that it had carpeted floors but they were at least clean. The TV was nice size and there was a convient desk, microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.The breakfast was great because there was about anything you could want. Parking was good. The property was in a quiet location"

"Only good thing about this place. Was Cindy super nice n friendly. The room was disgusting and full roaches every where . I guess people live there.They have cats and dogs barking all night n all day . I had to clean the bathroom. It was full of Ashes and cigarettes. I had to go and get towels and paper toilet at the front desk. At the one towel they left behind was disgusting. I will never stay there again. "They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about!
