"The staff was very friendly and our room was great!! The made to order omelets were good for breakfast. A few maintenance things were lacking. Only one elevator was working during our stay causing long waits for getting to your floor. We decided to take the stairs to avoid waiting, and discovered that there was no door handle on the door to get to our floor from the stairs, I had to send my kid to run around to another floor, take the slow elevator and open it for us. We propped it open and we're able to access it for the rest of the time. Also, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working."
