Didn’t like the room as the bathroom light over the sink and mirror was burnt out. Went to check in desk to see if they would move us, didn’t have a comparable room. Decided to stay in same room. Hasn’t happy property couldn’t accommodate us.

Elevator did not work. Saw a centipede like bug on the wall next to the bed and one in the bath room. We booked two queens but they were on the third floor, because the elevator was out they moved us to the second with one king. We asked for new towels at the desk, girl made a note of it. Left in the morning, came back at night no new towels, no one emptied the trash, room was never touched by housekeeping. Bed had no skirt around box springs, bathroom sink drained very slow. Won't go back.

Very closely located to the local high school as we were attending our grandson’s soccer game. At check in we discovered elevators were not working. Had we received a notice at booking time, we would have gone elsewhere. We were offered a suite if we accepted the third floor, which was okay with us, however we just got a regular room. Not cool.

Elevator not working and no one to help with luggage. Male with shoulder issues, 80 and 72 year old women and 10 year old child struggled. No discount for inconvenience. Breakfast was fabulous !

During our recent stay at the hotel, we encountered a series of unfortunate events that we believe are important to share for the improvement of future guest experiences. Shortly after checking in and while in the process of settling into our room, we experienced an unexpected intrusion when someone attempted to enter the room. Thankfully, the door was locked from the inside at the time. Additionally, a few minutes later, a member of the hotel staff approached us for verification of our identities and the legitimacy of our occupancy in that particular room. Unfortunately, the interaction felt less than courteous, which was quite discomforting. The following day, we faced another challenge when our key card ceased to function, preventing us from accessing our room. This led us to surmise that our room might have been inadvertently assigned to another guest as well. We understand that errors can occur, but we were quite taken aback by these events. BTW, the hotel is very close to major highway and the noise level is very high. Based on the above experiences, I wouldn't go back to this hotel again.

Our room was nice but wasn’t super clean. The bathroom in particular needed a more thorough clean, there was still soap on the handle and the soap holder and shelf if the bathroom also had soap on it.

The rooms are clean and roomy. Comfortable beds. The rooms closest to the highway are noisy with truck and vehicle noise. Better windows would resolve this

All was well with our stay with the exception of the indoor pool temperature which was too cold to swim in. This was a large factor in our decision as we have a 7 year old to entertain however we found ourselves back in our room. We tried testing the water multiple times during our 2 night stay but it did not improve. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

Our room had a horrible mold smell that gave me a headache. We were only there one night but it was not a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7, which might be standard but we were leaving at 6. The hotel staff was great. The elevator seemed like it was on its last leg. The overall hotel was nice, rooms could be a bit better and that smell was difficult to deal with. For the price I wouldn’t stay there again. I stayed at a country inn and suites and it was $50 cheaper and amazing.
