I went there and there was no room for me but you already charged my credit card. Your company did very poor job which is nothing to do with the hotel.

The young guy staffing the desk overnight was wonderfully responsive after a late (1-2am) arrival. It seems like they have an employee room for overnights and he showed up to check us in within a few minutes. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is pretty disgusting. Trash all around the building and grounds, general grime, the roof is in a shambles, there's an unsecured storage area in plain view filled with old broken furniture, etc. Our room (208) had a strong smell of cigarettes and mold, causing an allergy flareup for both of us. There was exposed wiring sticking out of the wall for an old fire alarm. The floor was dirty/unvacuumed. The bathroom was literally caked with mold and black disgusting grout; we did not shower here. The trash hadn't even been taken out. Stay here if you're gonna die of exhaustion, otherwise find a cheap chain hotel with standards.

Dirtiest room ever stayed , we used our own bed sheets , towels , had to clean washroom and all room and checked out in 4 hours Would ask for refund

Old privately owned hotel. Minimal upkeep. Carpet dirty. No smoking hotel and 1st room smelled of smoke and holes burn in bed covers. Receptacle in bath did not work. They did move me to a different room with better smell. Shower and curtain moldy. How hard is it to wash a shower curtain occasionally? Staff did not know how to program a room key. Offered free ice in lobby but did not have any ice available. Many other hotels in the area to stay at. OH - Free breakfast a piece of toast or cereal.

the guy at the front desk was really nice and smiling. the room smelled like cigarettes and 3 cockroaches were in the bathroom. It was real noisy as well until 1am. The location is convenient but very difficult to get some rest.
