Delusione su piu fronti

Struttura recente, la camera e spaziosa e ben arredata ma purtroppo pecca di manutenzione e quindi lampadina bruciata in bagno e soffione doccia totalmente pieno di calcare, la colazione non rispecchia gli standard assegnati all hotel , prodotti di medio/basso livello e scelta molto limitata, per lo meno dovrebbero puntare su prodotti di alta qualità data appunto la scelta ristretta.

Le camere sono molto belle. Letto king comodissimo. Ci sono stata diverse volte per lavoro. Vicino ci sono ristoranti, il mare, viale Ceccarini e negozi.Colazione ottima.Gentilissimo il personale.Consigliatissimo.

Mehr Schein als Sein !!!

Das einzig gute an diesem Hotel sind die Angestellten! die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind, auch wenn sie keine Info geben zu Frühstück oder Fitnessbereiche oder Im Zimmer die verschiedene features. Aber wenn man sie was fragte (wir brauchten einen Wasserkocher für die Babymilch) wurde das sofort organsiert. Grazie! Die Lage ist super ! Das Hotel ist im Zentrum bei der viale Dante. Aber der Rest ist wirklich ein WITZ !!! Wir sind ein Paar dass sehr oft reist und ich muss leider sagen, dass wir noch nie ein so unpraktisches komisches Hotel waren. Teilmeeresblick nur mit Feldstecher ;). Wir hatten die JunioSuite und im Bereich vorne hatte es kein Licht. Eine Lampe hatte keinen Schirm und wurde einfach so gelassen, das blendete! Keine Aufhängmöglichkeiten der Handtücher! als ich nachfragte, sagte man mir ich müsste sie einfach auf den Boden werfen. öööhm jedes mal nach dem Hände trocknen?? Klimaanalge nicht regulierbar. Kinderbett nicht brauchbar! Die Wasserhanen sind fast nicht aufzubringen. Barfuss konnten wir im Zimmer nicht laufen, da der Parkett spiessen hatte. Balkon ohne Storen nicht brauchbar und ein Teil des Balkons war mit Holz dass nicht gut appliziert war. Gefhährlich! Der Abfalleimer war unter einem Gestell. Also man musste jedes mal den Eimer hervorholen. Sehr hygienisch! Vorhänge automatish und zwar nicht einzeln sonder für das ganze Zimmer! Lüftungsschach kam am Schrank an. Es gab noch viele Kleinigkeiten wie von Hand geschnitter Vorhang. Nie wieder!

Hotel bello e ben posizionato, purtroppo stiamo sti fortunati, abbiamo avuto vari disservizi. La TV non ha funziona correttamente, chiamata la reception hanno provveduto, ma poi ha ripreso a non funzionare. La camera al nostro rientro, dopo le 15, non era ancora stata rifatta. Abbiamo chiesto solo 2 teli e del bagnoschiuma chi ci sono stati dati dopo quasi un ora. Dopo cena al nostro rientro verso mezzanotte abbiamo notato che era passato qualcuno in camera per tirare su solo il lenzuolo, senza toccare altro, non ritirando il cestino dei rifiuti e i teli del giorno prima che erano stati ammucchiati da un lato nella stanza. Nonostante avessimo chiesto di riavere la macchina alle 10 abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti per la riconsegna, mettendoci in imbarazzo per un appuntamento preso. In generale abbiamo avuto la sensazione di poca professionalità e poca cortesia. Ci ha molto delusi.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Les employés se sont donné beaucoup de peine pour répondre à nos attentes, spécialement pour l'organisation du petit-déjeuner à 5h30 du matin! Grand merci encore pour avoir rendu cela possible. Malheureusement, du côté de la chambre nous avons eu de mauvaises odeurs. Cela était peut-être dû au fait que la douche fait aussi office de bain-vapeur. Le personnel s'est efforcé de trouver une solution mais malheureusement chaque soir cette odeur était de retour. Nous trouvons dommage que la salle de bain n'est pas équipée de barre afin d'y suspendre les différentes serviettes (barres pour 2 grandes serviettes, 2 petits linges et 2 lavettes). Nous avons suspendu nos serviettes de bain sur des cintres qui étaient suspendus au radiateur. Malheureusement chaque matin, nos linges étaient changés et de nos jours cela n'est pas assez écoresponsable.

Bijzondere ervaring!

Leuk hotel met bijzondere kamers. Eerst hadden we de technogym kamer maar die was wel erg donker. Daarna een ruime lichtere kamer gevraagd en gekregen. De kamers waren wel zonder de geboekte zeezicht. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Ligging tov strand is prima echter wel aan een hele drukke weg. Hotel zelf heeft weinig faciliteiten.

Hotel da ricordare! le bellissime camere sono super pulite e personale iper attento al cliente. molto efficiente il servizio parcheggio auto. unico punto da migliorare la colazione, rispetto a molti altri hotel della zona è un pò poco varia e causa covid non potendo servirsi a buffet non ci sono cartellini con i gusti degli alimenti che ogni volta il cameriere deve ripetere a tutti. complessivamente da tornarci assolutamente!

Gentili e professionali. Attenti ai dettagli. Servizio di parcheggio con presa e ricosegna davanti all hotel con prezzo molto contenuto. Arrivati prima del orario check in, ci hanmo hanmo tenuto i bagagli in custodia, dandoci anche un area per cambiarci per la spiaggia. Poi contattati quando la stanza era pronta per occuparla.

Outstanding level of care, support and confort

I spent 5 days at H hotel with my family (6 months old kid). Everything was well above my expectations: since the very beginning the staff understood our needs and provided us with the highest level of comfort. Rooms are brand new, clean and sound proof. The whole experience had been amazing and 100% sure we ll be back again. Special mention to Nicolo and Giancarlo who took great care of us.

Ottima la posizione. Personale cordiale e disponibile. La stanza pulita ed accogliente. Letto comodissimo. Molto piacevole la gigante doccia a cascata. Nel confortevole bagno è mancata la possibilità di appendere asciugamani ed accappatoi, anche se lo spazio non manca. La stanza a tema ‘ fitness ‘ con attrezzatura Technogym avrebbe fatto felice sicuramente i patiti del fisico-scolpito. La domotica che comanda luci e tende ha dato qualche problema, accendendo le luci in piena notte. La mia esperienza è positiva e consigliata.

Piccolo, bello e molto curato

Ottimo boutique hotel posizionato molto bene. Vicino a tutto anche se non fronte mare. Molto moderno e confortevole. Camere bellissime e servizio attento. Servizio di Vallet Parking E' un B&B quindi si pernotta e c'e' la colazione. No ristorante.
