"I had such a lovely experience at The hotel is beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt cozy and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of great options. What I loved the most is the location itโs close enough to walk absolutely everywhere, yet far enough from the busy crowds. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, such a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back"

"We had a wonderful stay at La Scaletta in Florence! The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, with so many great shops, restaurants, and beautiful sights within easy walking distance. One of the things we loved most was the combination of history and modern comfort. Staying in such a beautiful historic building, surrounded by gorgeous frescoes and architectural details, made the experience feel very special, while the rooms still had a fresh, modern vibe. The terrace bar was another highlight and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Florence. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, and great service. We would definitely recommend La Scaletta and would happily stay here again!"

"Amazing hotel! The location is prime, views and steps to the Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was attentive to our needs and made check in/out swift and seamless. Our room was an Arno-view room with a terrace and it was fabulous. A must-stay property in Firenze."

"This is a great hotel for a stay near a city. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was well thought out but we feel that the general menu for lunch and dinner needs improvement. The quality of the food we ate there was good though. The gym was lacking, very small. The pool area was a bonus, didnโt struggle to get a sun lounger, would have liked more staff presence here for a five star hotel. We heard that they were short of staff members due to long term illness though. Overall a good experience. The WhatsApp messaging service worked really well for booking gym, shuttle service (a great bonus for the location of hotel)."
