"What a terrific spot! The bar was comfy, and cosy; the room clean, and tastefully decorated with a comfy bed, and wonderful view of the viaduct and Whernside. And, the fish & chips - exceptional! For us, the staff made our stay, Will, Courtney, Angela, & Val, couldn't do enough for us, despite a very busy bank holiday weekend. Thank you, we had a great evening and a cracking breakfast to boot."

"Had a lovely stay for 2 nights while doing the 3 peaks ideal location 5 mins drive , Breakfast made on request before 6am was amazing start to the day very helpful and friendly hosts even booked us a table at a nearby restaurant beds are comfortable that was a god send after 24 miles has the traditional cottage feel that we found great would highly recommend"
