"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"We’ve had an excellent couple of days. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help my elderly parents. The breakfast was too excellent. In addition comfy beds. Only one criticism there was no shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. "

"Perfect for a proper Anfield experience. A stone’s throw from Anfield, makes game day really easy and fun (can be a bit difficult getting a taxi back to downtown Liverpool after the game). Pub is open and frequented by lots of locals on game day (before and after the game). Great hospitality, continental breakfast got the job done. Will definitely come back for my next LFC match. "

"Had a lovely break at Pebble House in Llandudno. We received a lovely warm welcome from host Emma on arrival where she gave a useful download on the area and the b&b. "We spent just 2 nights here and it was a lovely stay. Very well located hotel around the corner from the seafront and shops. Checked in by a very nice host and served a wonderful breakfast by his equally lovely wife. Room was comfortable, cosy and quiet. 2nd morning we were offered an Indian breakfast which was as good as the full English on day 1. A great value stay and made to feel very welcome by our hosting family. Thank you."
