"Regular business visitor to Liverpool. Always opt for the Resident when possible as it's great value for money, and the staff are always welcoming. Excellent location close to Hanover Street Q-Park and right next to Concert square and all of the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city. Great soundproofing though, as you never hear anything from the surroundings once in your room."

"The staff were all amazingly polite, professional and helpful, with a special shout out for Linda who we dealt with us at breakfast and can i say the breakfast was lovely. The main building was spotlessly clean and modern and the health spa was fantastic. The only downside to our stay was the lodge felt tired and could have been cleaner if it had a bit more attention to detail. Also there was no aircon and they could provide enough fans for the number of lodges they have. Overall it was a lovely stay and the staff are a credit to the place."
