The shower head was set up in a way that you’re basically standing up against the wall to get under the water. There was a dirty rag left from the cleaners in the cupboard."

My only problem was we didn't realize that we had to request room service on line so we had to ask for clean towels because we missed the opportunity to have cleaning service. "
