Pleasant two nights in Trier.

Good location for the town and secure underground parking (extra charge). Bed a bit firm for my personal choice. All the facilities worked well. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

Older hotel, but nice and well equipped. In a great location. Room was clean. Very nice breakfast (for a price). AC did not work all that well, could not adjust the temp or airflow.

Perfect location for exploring Trier. A beautiful city with so many interesting buildings. The hotel is lovely and easy to find. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking at 12 euros a night is a huge bonus. Public areas are very nice. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Our room was large, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Nothing to fault at all.

We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good.

International Bus Tour Haven

Hotel was filled with several bus tours making it difficult to use the elevators, lobby and breakfast area. Parking was easy and cheap. Room was okay, clean, had opening windows and an AC. The bathroom was a surprise. The shower tub combo had a massive rain head shower with great water pressue, which was nice after our long day of touring. Breakfast was pricey.

Fantastic Hotel

Infinitely better than their webpage would have you believe. Really clean and spacious room and a fantastic breakfast to set you up for the next day. The covered outside bar at the front of the hotel is stunning. Parking under the hotel is hassle free and good value at €12 per day. The hotel is conveniently situated for the old town, which is only a 2 minute walk. Lastly, the staff are a joy to behold, nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately I have no idea on the eco credentials of this hotel. Highly recommended
