"Otel çalışanları gerçekten aşırı ilgili ve çözüm odaklılar. Otel oldukça merkezi bir yerde. Katedrale 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve ünlü caddesinden yürüyorsun zaten. Alışveriş yapmamak işten bile değil. Bir gece kaldık. Çıkışta valizleri emanete ücretsiz bir sekilde bıraktık. Tüm kölnü gezdik ve gece 10 gibi valizleri teslim alıp hava alanına geçtik. Tek olumsuz yani aike odaları daha geniş olabilir💪"

"Alle Vorgänge die in einem Hotel so passieren liefen professionell ab. Auch das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten waren generell sehr sauber auch wenn die eine oder andere Renovierung helfen würde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich würde wieder kommen."

"O hotel é muito bom, instalação bem moderna e confortável, cama boa, chuveiro bom. Perto do centro onde tem a catedral e a estação de trem. Vários restaurantes próximos. O único inconveniente é que demorou pra achar a minha reserva pois o sistema do hotéis.com não avisou ao hotel. Mas os atendentes foram bastante solicitos em resolver nosso problema e até ofereceram bebidas gratuitas enquanto esperamos. "

"Es ist ruhig, günstig, geräumiges Familienzimmer, gute Ausstattung. Trotz Lage in der Innenstadt kein Lärm. Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof und Dom. Parkhaus ist sehr eng, die Umgebung um das Hotel ist nicht die schönste, aber praktisch."
