設備を保つためのスタッフによる、サポートは少ない。apartment hotelなので、過度なサービスを私は求めない。だが、もう少し親身にサポートしてほしかった。WiFiはしばしば途切れ、こちらから何度も言わないと二日間繋がらない時もあった。"

"Check-in instructions only arrived shortly before check-in time. We arrived a few hours early and was not easy to communicate with host in English.
After the first day, we were asked urgently to move apartments because we were given the wrong one when we arrived. This was a major inconvenience.
No recycling for paper, cans and bottles.
Otherwise the location is great, and the apartment is nice, clean and comfortable."

"Das einchecken hat gar nicht geklappt und hat 3 a rufe benötigt. Wir hatten win Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, allerdings nur 2 Betten. Es war eine Couch im Zimmer, die allerdings nicht ausklappbar war. Es war keine Bettwäsche für die 3. Person vorhanden und auch nur 2 Handtücher im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr warm, allerdings war die Klimaanlage nicht „anstellbar“. Dadurch war es sehr warm und da es nachts draußen laut war, konnten wir nicht gut schlafen."

"Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!"

"The air conditioned is small so it doesn’t not cool the apartment. You can open the windows (if you visited the city during a pandemic xtrem heat warning like we did) but then the noises of cars, people and emergency vehicles won’t let you sleep. But even with that we really like the service and the room!!"
