"They said on check-in that my room key would get me in and out of parking lot or just press a button took me 45 min to get out of the lot and three trips back inside missed my meeting the whole reason for me staying the night at a hotel "

"I booked and paid for a room that was supposed to be harbor view and received a room that was nothing but the city. I didn’t say anything to staff there bc we were so extreme driving all day and just wanted to go to sleep. Other than that the stay was great."

"The pool is currently closed by federal authorities, with no reopening date announced. The service at the front desk was disappointing—staff were neither kind nor professional. I also requested housekeeping service, but my request was never communicated. On Monday, basic breakfast items such as milk, fruit, and cereal—were no longer offered. That said, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s conveniently situated with a train station behind the property and the beach right in front, plus plenty of restaurants nearby."

"10/10 hotel for a good weekend trip. Laundry room is coin op so bring some coins or ask the front desk. Also they provide detergent too. Breakfast was amazing!! Transportation from the hotel was a plus! Thank you comfort inn!!"

"Hotel has a beautiful view of the harbor and is well located - very easy to walk to dining and downtown. Room and hotel overall were clean and felt luxurious. Coach bed was comfortable as well. Loved having a door between the bedroom and living area! Overall great experience."
