Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We had a triple room, but we were supposed to have a queen and a twin - had 3 twin beds. The "A/C" was a joke - the room was very hot. Air did not get in to the 2 beds room. The bar at the hotel is very small. The restaurant only serves hotel guests breakfast.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Sehr gemütliches Hotel. Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer zur Rückseite des Hotels war sehr schön, das Bad modern. Das Einzelzimmer zur Vorderseite war recht klein, im Bad gab es leider keine Ablageflächen. Beide Zimmer waren sehr gut schallisoliert, trotz der Bahnhofsnähe hat man keine Geräusche von außen gehört. Das Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich vielfältig und sehr lecker. Sehr freundlicher Service. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Amaizing staff with slight downside of room /bed

It was great overall, but the bed / pillow was somehow not the most comfortable. Due to diagonal bed in room there was no possibility to sit on the bed and at night also I didnt sleep well. The staff was amazing and very supportive, even exchange of pillow is also possible but I wasnt getting good sleeping ergonomic.
