"The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. Was told by one member of staff that they had a sauna that was open same time as the pool, but on the first time of trying to...

"Excellent, quite location directly on the Ostsee beach. Vacation apartments are roomy and clean; some with water view. Great restaurant/food. Easy and free parking. Washer and dryer available. Highly recommended "

"Zimmer waren absolut sauber, der Wellnesshotel ebenfalls, das Personal an der Rezeption sowie in der Roof Bar als auch beim Frühstück war immer sehr nett und freundlich. "
