"The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. Leider war das bett eine Katastrophe, sobald man sich gedreht hat, war es am quietschen und knacken, was den schlaf sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Die Matratze war durch gelegen. In der dusche lagen haare im Abfluss und in der dusche an der silikon naht überall schwarze schimmel flecke. Am wasch becken klebte irgendwas, als wäre was ausgelaufen gewesen. Herr Schmidt ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber, der mit seiner freundlichen Art sofort dafür sorgt, dass man sich wohlfühlt. "The staff was really welcoming and even gave us a tour of the facilities. In the basement there is a kids room and also a bar with free dart and pool which we enjoyed very much in the evening. The rooms where nice and had everything we needed. The location was also very nice, close to the ocean and to some alright restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, not overwhelming offers (which is a good thing) and what was there was of great quality. "
