The second room was better, both units need fans in the bathroom & new doors. The breakfast needs a little upgrade beyond the current menu, maybe switch the primary proteins (eggs & sausage were adequate at best). The property was convenient for downtown access and generally quiet, though some rooms a close to street noise. Overall, the Sands is budget-friendly and offers clean, reliable lodging + responsive staff."
