The location is also hard to gwt to due to where it is on a busy road. It was not particularly close to the lake or park as the description made it sound. Having said that, the house is maintained well but cannot hide its age. "

"Beautiful hotel! Convenient location to areas of dining and shopping! The only thing negative there is no parking lot or parking garage. There is valet parking which cost 59 NZ dollars per night amd on street parking free 5 pm til 9 am. So we choose street parking but then left hotel early to avoid a ticket. "
