"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

"Highly recommended! A 4 bedroom house with a private pool right on the beach. Massive house, heaps of room for a group of friends. Staff very helpful. A short drive to town and a very nice bar and restaurant just down the beach. However everything you need in the house to cook for yourself. Also has a washing machine. "

"If you're concerned about needing to ferry to and from the island constantly - don't be. The ride takes about 2mins and the boat operates constantly. The longest you'll ever wait is 5 minutes. We stayed in a waterview fare though not over the water but still excellent. Island has pools on either side as with the bars and restaurants. Great staff providing great service - well above and beyond - particularly Monith Kumar on the night of the storm. Beach bar close - great Thai restaurant just up the hill and a very relaxed feel. Loved the rooftop kitchen/bar which provides a view that is unsurpassed. Monith’s curries cannot be missed….To quote a very famous actor…. “We will be Back!”"
