"When we come to Reno, Peppermill is where we are staying. Great restaurants, great amenities and the decor was spectacular! Pool is too small for all the guests though. Only downside. Gym was amazing and the arcade!"

"There was mold in my room on the roof. There is no signs or directions on how to the get in the property sky hotel without using the escalator. "

"Originally arrived and checked in. The room I was given was a dirty room. I had to walk all the way way with all my things with all three my kids. Then when I get to the second room my kids turn on the tv and it has no signal. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was pubic hair and pee on the floor near the sink. I did call the front about the tv. The lady said that she had no clue how to fix it and that if I wanted to move rooms again. "

"Clean and well maintained rooms. The place is huge and finding all the restaurants takes getting used to the layout. Slot machines everywhere and busy for the weekend. Main elevators are a work in process, but the staff points guests to the service elevators which are fast and more spacious. I'll definitely stay there again."
