"Friendly staff and clean rooms"

"Nice area. Next to the sea. Parking is a little bit cumbersome as you have to drive to a separate elevated driveway and done a rocky path to a gate that you have to unlock yourself and close the car off with the gate. Otherwise, the hotel room is very nice and cleanly. Bathroom is kind of small. Management was kind. "Loved the view from the room and the facilities!"

"A very good stay. The room excellent, very comfortable and clean. The atmosphere very good, the hosts very friendly...100% recommended."

"Nice room and nice rooftop lounge"

"I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. There were some staff members that were nice and helpful in other ways but this tax issue made our experience so negative."

"Great location and excellent staff who went above and beyond to assist when required."

"It’s not always easy traveling in another country, but the kindness and hospitality we received made our experience even better. We truly appreciated everything they did for us and felt welcomed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Concón, Chile. "Todo excelente"

"Clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, great location. A fair amount of street noise on the rooms overlooking Alvarez but wasn’t terrible overnight."

"We were close to various stores and restaurants as well as the coast. They had a great laundry service and that helped with our clothes. Their breakfast was delicious each day. Their staff was nice and helpful. The swimming pool was not the best feature so that was disappointing."

"Cuando llegue ai con mi numero de reserva pagada me dijeron que la reserva no existe. Perdi dinero por siete dias de reserva que no fueron reembolsados. Tengan cuidado con este hotel son ladrones y no reenbolsan su reserva. No lo usen. Los atendientes son mal educados e ignorantes."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the small, one-story cottage at the rear corner of the property, accessible through the beautifully appointed side courtyard. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived past the regular breakfast time because of flight changes due to weather."

"Fantastic location. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Felt like home."
