"スタッフの方がおすすめのお店を教えてくれたり、気さくな方でした。なにより提携先のスパ、サウナ、温泉風を無料で利用できたのがよてもうれしく、ハイキングの疲れを癒すことができました。水着を持ってくことをおすすめします、私たちは現地で買ったのでとても高かったです。 夜間はスタッフ不在のためカードキーで入ることになりますが、設定がうまくできておらず入れませんでした。幸いスタッフがまだいたので対応してくれ、命からがらベッド確保できました。朝食も種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。マッターホルンも部屋のバルコニーからみることができ、素敵な滞在になりました。"
