"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel aux multiples activités. L'hôtel propose en outre plusieurs excursions. Nous avons testé plusieurs massages et nous avons adoré. "The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours. Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always...

"Un excellent hotel beaucoup de personnel aimable et souriant pour rendre notre séjour fantastique le petit dejeuner est excellent et varié croissants pain au chocolat gâteaux confiture miel mie et nasi goreng poulet roti fruits etc … on dejeune et dine face a l’océan il est hyper bien situé la plage est vivante fréquentée par les locaux qui sont hyper sympathique j’ai rien trouvé de négatif a dire les 6 nuits ont été fantastique 🙏"

"We will definitely book this again. Highly recommended. Very quiet idylic resort. We had a stunning 2 bedroom suite with a private pool and garden. There are 2 additional pools too both were excellent. Its a 5 min qaln to a unspoilt idylic beach. Loved the art market and restaurant there too. Service is impeccable!! "

"What a wonderful resort! Friendly and attentive staff, stellar service, outstanding food. Room was spacious and with a fantastic view. An amazing bathroom with an outdoor bath. The chef cooked up spectacular a la carte breakfast every day and dinner options were great for local and western food. Travelled with friends and we had an amazing time. Hope to visit again soon. "

"We had the best time on our honeymoon. The staff was really lovely throughout. The property is beautiful if a little tired on the edges. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. It would be great if it had a little more vibe - maybe some Cafe del Mar music and some special events like bbq or pizza nights. The bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view through the trees. It was a little close to the road so scooter noise was unfortunately higher than the ocean waves...

"Pros... Staff and service. Views are wonderful. Pools, lounging chairs. Beach access was not busy. Breakfast was included and many options. Nice place to walk around. Loved the pool villa with a private swimming area. Cons... Rooms were very nice but somethings were a bit dated/didnt work well (locks, doors). Sewer smell coming up from the toilet and shower drain. Loved the stay overall! Great staff and location. Would come back again."

"We really love this hotel. The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The hotel is in very good condition. If something isn’t working properly it’s immediatly fixed. You have an truly amazing breakfast buffet here with everything you can imagine. Truly love the ambiance."

"Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length. "
