"We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is still within 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room is clean, with basic amenities. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is a shared one in the common kitchen. I did not give five stars only because my room has the smell of smoke. "the hotel is nice and clean, it is located up in the mountain overviewing the lake. we got the duplex on two floors apartment for the 4 of us. the size of the apartment is ok. breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of choices, you can even ask for more choices that are not on the buffet. I personally prefer to Stay in the city (Interlaken) for future trips and I would find a hotel closer to the lake for better view and for the fact that the drive up and down to the hotel was Not EASY,...
