"Our family took a spontaneous trip, and I inadvertently booked a room with two smaller beds instead of queens. We were initially uncomfortable with the room size, so I spoke with Mrs. Carol at the front desk the next morning to see if we could upgrade. She was incredibly kind and understanding, and she handled the room change for us without any issues. We truly appreciated her help in making our stay much more comfortable."
