"Great rooms with convenience of a kitchenette. "

"Checking in went smoothly with friendly staff. Our room was recently upgraded with modern bathroom sink and shower, kitchen sink, and plenty of USB outlets. The patio doors to the balcony faced unobstructed into the beach and ocean. The room was very spacious and served us well."

"Nanaimo’s best kept secret. The property is immaculate, the staff goes beyond to assist, the lobby and bar/restaurant are throwbacks to an easier, elegant time. "

"We enjoyed our time at your hotel. Staff was helpful with suggestions as well as accommodating to our requests. Breakfast was great however with dietary restrictions it was a bit of a challenge, the gluten free bread was a nice touch. Room was clean and quiet, and parking was great. "

"Wasn’t booking particularly for the view, but it’s a bit of a stretch to call it an ocean view. Comfort-wise, I found the bed very soft - felt luxurious but not great for back support (personal preference I suppose). I would enjoy a thicker duvet for fall/wintertime. Overall, it was a great experience and i would return. Thank you!"
