Convenient to both train and bus stations, 10 minute flat walk. Lots of interesting dining options. Hotel provides guests water, juices, coffee, simple snacks throughout the day. Comfortable beds. Would recommend.

The location is ok to reach the center and other services... the housekeepers are smiling... the breakfast is complete... probably the automation of the closing door of the room require a dìfferent signal to indicate that the door is closed !

All the staff was fabulous, attentive, helpful and kind. the hotel is clean, modern, has a great breakfast buffet, the area is busy, but you cannot hear a sound from the room. It's conveniently located a block away a supermarket and pharmacy and walkable distance of the historic part of Reggio Emilia and the Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi. The train stations are 7 minutes away by car or taxi. .

L'unica cosa negativa è che hanno provato ad incassare la tassa di soggiorno due volte. Pagata subito all'arrivo in quanto richiesta, poi al checkout la pretendevano di nuovo non avendo registrato il pagamento. Ma ovviamente mi sono opposto.
