"Great location with easy access to train station and Florence. The breakfast was well appointed and included meats, breads and fruits. Our room was spacious and quiet with elevator access."

"Great location on an open piazza. Staff was very kind, even got our room quickly ready for us when we ended up arriving 2 hours early. Everything was clean and they had a water fountain, espresso machine and biscuits for guest 24/7. Free WiFi that worked very well. A bit of a long walk to the train station with heavy bags but the property was great."

"This is so close to walk to everything. Gorgeous location. Cute, quaint room. Earplugs were provided which were super helpful if you aren’t used to city noise."

"Great place to stay in central Florence. Close to the Ponte Vecchio, museums and Duomo. Room was large, comfortable, very clean and had good air conditioning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Just be aware that there are about 30 stone steps up to the lift, which is great if you want to keep fit! 🙂"
