The hotel is a superb historic medieval building with the nuanced design and architectural uniqueness. There are little limitations in terms of elevators and getting around. Toilet are super tiny.

This is a great location with a truly interesting building & history. Room was really cool with its own historical details. Breakfast was a good European buffet! Staff was attentive and friendly! Definitely recommended for a prime location in Regensburg.

Great stay last week in Regensburg. I stayed in room 28 which was spacious, clean and very quiet. Coffee and 1 bottle of water in room each day. Location was great, you could walk to everything. I didn’t try breakfast, instead went to the many bakeries/coffee shops. Parking was my only complaint and a bit of a pain, but I figured it out after a few days (and same challenge for most city hotels). Here’s some tips: - driving in the city can be stressful, pay attention to 1 way streets, bikes and pedestrians - use Apple Maps vs Waze/google maps, far more accurate - I would do an electric car next time, always had open spots in garage and a couple of other spots - look up the 3 to 4 parking garages online, they display the number of open spots. I had to wait a few nights when I returned as the Christmas markets brought lots of visitors into city - I did a couple of long walks the first two days to help get me oriented. This was my 3rd time to Regensburg, but first time staying in city. I would absolutely stay here again.

Regensburg is a town largely unvisited by Americans - but it is quite wonderful and the Aldstadt Arch is perfectly located and very good.

Old hotel in Regensburg center not very comfortabl

A small but nice hotel im old Center of Regensburg. Difficult to access, Taxi would not bring you to the place because is in walking streets not always open tu cars. The room renewed, comfortable, but there was no cleaning in 3 days, only towel change at request. There is also no help with the luggage, nevertheless a place to leave your luggage unattended after check out was available. The breakfast good but relatively expensive.
