Hotel Dekat Regal Moorestown Mall

"I don't know how this place has such high ratings on Expedia.  I checked into room 307 on 4/3/26.   Everything seemed very nice when I first arrived, but none of that matters when you cannot sleep.  1) Our room had ZERO air conditioning on this particularly warm night.  I had already put my kids to bed when I set the thermostat to 64 degrees.  However, the room remained at 77 degrees all night.  The opened vents blew out warm air all night long.  We hardly slept at all.  We were zombies the next...

"It was ok, not like and other Westin Hotel I have been to. The only available microwave was somewhere in the downstairs lobby, not offered in the room. And there was a surprise fee for parking."

"Breakfast was cold . Room was dirty. Shade was broken and would not go up, so we were in the dark during our stay. Bathroom was dirty, tile, shower. Room had an odor. Beds were extremely hard and the sheet on the mattress of the pull out couch was stained yellow. Staff did not replace, but gave me the sheet to change it. No way! "

"The lobby looked nice and updated, but that changed as soon as you turned the corner to the rooms. The hotel is outdated. The room had an odd smell, the floor was sticky and there were no dishes or pots. The pull out couch was unusable for sleeping. "

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "

"I was only given one talent and told that my check in was only 41 adult when it was , I wish that there were utensils available even if it was just a rent lock , the fact that there was a stove and size refrigerator! The front desk, gentlemen could have been a lot more welcoming.He seems to hate his job and his life.I don't know...."

"Staff were friendly. But the room was terrible. There were stains on the walls, water damage along the baseboard molding. Which was coming undone from the wall. I had purchased some food and sat it down on the desk checked the sandwich to make sure it was what I ordered. Then took a shower. The shower head was covered in rust. When I was finished I went to eat my food and there were ants all over it. The baseboard molding coming off of the wall when I shined a light into it you could see a line...
