"Because of us visiting family over the past 9 years. We've stayed at multiple hotels in Fresno area and this was one of the best one's we've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly helpful and great customer service. The breakfast had great options and was kept will stocked also extremely clean as well. The room was spacious clean. The best part that my family enjoyed was the indoor pool. "

"The breakfast was just okay, but the waitstaff was very friendly and kept the food and coffee supplies adequately stocked. The TV in our room was the worst. The remote was unfriendly and we couldn’t stream any of our services. Wished I would have brought my cables for the back to mirror my iPhone. We were there for 4 nights and never saw housekeeping once so we ran out of clean towels and Kleenex. The AC roared when on but it worked. All in all it was just okay for the price but probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Breakfast is fresh and good . But the room is terrible . The bathroom only has a shower curtain, so water seeps out everywhere when you shower. The headboard is very hard, and it’s easy to bump your head against it when lying down."

"this place was so comfortable for our group who was there for a stem competition. The staff was very accommodating when I was desperately looking for a space for our team to rehearse. The front desk made sure we were able to quickly use the conference room that just became available, set up our snack station and even helped us get utensils when we ordered in our food. Everyone there is great we should tip the people there more often."
