"lots of renovations. constant noise. very dusty environment. We took breakfast at 8am and everything was cold. They put us on the wing where they were doing major construction and they told me the hotel was full but we were alone at the breakfast at 8am!!! We will never go back there. So many nice hotels in Lac George."

"The only complaints were while staying in the 3rd floor, there were a lot of people violating the no smoking policy. It was so much so we had to tell the front desk and the subsequently put notices of the policy under everyone’s door. Also, the second night, our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made up. They said that they were short staffed and did not have anyone to do it. Otherwise, the location was absolutely amazing in proximity to Lake George, Saratoga springs and Glenns Falls....

"If you’re looking for place to sleep and nothing else, this could be it. It wasn’t anything special. Breakfast was alright, not the greatest but it wasn’t awful, had waffle maker. Our group was able to hang out in the lobby to watch World Cup games, staff was friendly and helpful with switching the tv. One big negative is the noise of the highway, on the one side of the hotel, no noise cancellation whatsoever!"

"We brought our grandchildren, 5 & 12, they had a blast! The waterpark is getting an update in the Fall, you can see where it’s needed. The kids certainly don’t notice. The lazy river could use more tubes, but it had a good current and the water was warm. Lifeguards were alert all the time. If you want to eat breakfast there, prepare for a long waiting line. Starbucks is there with 1 employee, again long wait time. We had a Suite on the 4th floor, it was very clean, the beds and pillows were...

"This is an older hotel/resort that sits on the hill overlooking Lake George. It has it's own beach and dock area with a sun deck over the dock. The rooms were nice with a great view. Check in was easy. The location is very close to Lake George village. We hope to return at a later date. Highly recommend staying here."
