"The views are beautiful. The employees are all amazing. The food was excellent. The dueling piano players were no bueno. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet tub and sink are crammed together. The shower had two body washes and conditioner. No shampoo. The pool was small and packed. Day use at the spa is the way to go but pricey. They limit capacity which is nice and necessary."

"Fabulous downtown location with outstanding service above and beyond! From the valet, checking in, housekeeping, the restaurant servers, and management are all caring, friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. Special touches are left in the immaculate rooms, as well as, recognition in the hotel restaurant, Luminosa, for for special occasions like birthdays and anniversarys. "The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations."
