"We enjoyed everything about this hotel. It's location was great, the facility was very nice, the staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond. The Valet service did not start until 7:00 a.m. and we had to leave around 5:00 a.m. for the airport. The front desk staff had our car waiting in front of the hotel. We did not expect that, and it would have been very easy to walk out the back door to our car. I would stay here again without hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about this...

"Rooms were very cozy & well kept! Our bed was better than any hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, dare I say better than my own bed at home! Floors were very loud and creaky, but that is expected from a nearly 100 year old building. The robes were soft and cozy, and the other amenities were amazing! Complimentary cocktails and light bites every evening, plenty of lobby space to hang out by the fireplace, and the hotel is near so much to explore in downtown Asheville!! We absolutely loved our stay here...

"Every staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and she happily gave me those. My room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was handicapped accessible with a roll in shower. It had been redone recently. Clean and extra big. Would definitely stay there again."
