"My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at this "Excellent Establishment". We were completely blown away by the sheer magnificence of the grounds, room, and amenities; every moment of our stay was magical. The staff welcomed us with enthusiasm and professionalism, we were given complimentary champagne and truffles along with a celebratory card. From the valet, checking in, housekeeping, the restaurant servers, and management are all caring, friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. "We always stay at the Windsor in Asheville. The rooms and space with kids cannot be beat!"

"Unfortunately target overbooked the terrace rooms, so we got bumped to a king suite. It was quite unfortunate as that was what we were looking forward too, however they did give us a free bottle of wine. Food and drinks were amazing at watch and the observatory. Our room is big and super clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable"

"Lovely historic homes transformed into unique modern hotel rooms! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walkable to so much of downtown restaurants, shops & breweries. Very clean with plenty of amenities. Breakfast included was delicious every day. Helpful staff. Nice outdoor seating area. We lived our stay in Asheville at Zelda Dearest!"

"The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations."
