"Beautiful hotel, downtown area felt unsafe at times"

"As I write this review, it keeps mentioning a "mountain view". I don't think the location warrants a mountain view, although it is a peaceful setting away from congestion. The entrance and common areas were well decorated with great ambiance. The room was a standard hotel room with all the necessities and comfort. Nothing special but met my single overnight needs. The best part was the price (under $100) and I was luckily given a free breakfast. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and it had wonderful fresh fruit. I give 5 stars to the fresh fruit! lol"

"For the second time, this has happens to me with a Holiday Inn property. I am in my room and a stranger is able to gain access because they accidentally doubled the room! Do you have any idea how dangerous that is? Also, the rooms were paper thin and did not get any sleep at night from not only neighbors, but the hallway in general I will never stay at this location again and I am also not staying at any more Holiday Inn brand locations."

"The staff and restaurant was great. However, when we arrived in our room the bed pillows had several hairs on them. I called the front desk and they promptly sent hospitality to resolve. We had no other issues during our stay. We loved also the convenience of everything being within walking distance too."

"The air conditioner roared like a turbine, punctuated by a constant, piercing beep throughout the night. After a full day on the road, we were desperate for rest, but the room delivered nothing but noise and a sleepless night."
