"This hotel was perfect for our Portland trip. The only negative was waiting for valet to get our car for 25 minutes and only one person working behind the desk after 730 PM. "Our stay was good- the location of the hotel was great, the room was modern and didnt have a carpet which I loved! Even though our room was close to the elevator, it was really quiet. The only thing I wouldnt give 5 stars for was the shower- the glass wall was somewhat small and didnt fully prevent water from splashing on the floor. The shower head was also not my favourite. Lack of fan made the bathroom really humid. It didnt affect our stay, just something I wanted to mention in case there...

"We love Ace Hotel! Really nice people at front desk. PDX has seen better times (COVID and Trump’s invasion didn’t help.) But, it’s still one of favorite places to visit. Just need to not leave stuff in your car, bc if anything of value is visible-theft is a possibility. My kid learned the hard way. But despite that-I’d highly recommend Ace Hotel. And their shampoos and soaps smell nice too! Thanks "
