"This was not a good experience. When we got to our room, there was a cockroach in the tub. When we informed the gentleman at the front desk, he not only did not look surprised but responded with "Do you want me to move you to another room or go up and unalive it?" We were moved to another room which now put us directly across from the railroad tracks with a very loud and active train. We informed the the front desk that we would not be staying another night. The morning we were checking out, we found the elevator was not working and had to carry our belongings down 4 flights of stairs. This hotel was the worst we've encountered both for cleanliness and service."

"This hotel is a great value. The room was clean, no bugs. The walls were good. I could hear hallway noise but I didn't hear people in the next rooms. The free breakfast was good but could be better. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, and bagels. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. It's very close to Busch Gardens. "
