I am sorry you felt this way, we spoke on your arrival about the car parking of which I accept we advertised free parking when it should have changed due to restrictions in on-street parking recently due to roadworks, that has been corrected but it is only over the road 0.1 mile and a 3 min walk and maps were issued with booking instructions to show just that, but you never contacted me after that to discuss the lack of hot water or the stranger that let himself in which is a major concern that I have raised with the owner, did he give a reason for having a key at all or say who he was? This is the first I have heard about all but the parking, it would have been nice to know about the rest so we could have dealt with it rather than posting it here after the fact giving us no chance to resolve. If you'd have made contact things might have been put right.
