"Radiators not warm, did not stay. Too cold in the room. Manager said no other room available. I asked for a refund. Not good enough for a 3 star."

"The Beachside is an excellent choice for anyone going to Redcar. It’s exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I’m booked again for Blam Blam next year it’s such a great place to stay A+++++"

"Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay"

No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby "
