"The location is great, especially if you have a tower bridge side because it offers incredible views. It’s within walking distance of lots of great things as well as access to good bus and subway routes it was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable and water. pressure was good. It could be a five star so easily. However, room service is inexplicably weird? Rather than remove dirty dishes, such as coffee cups they would place my own books on top of them. They would not restock the towels, unless we called the front desk and asked for more. they would not restock the in-room coffee machine pods. We asked for washcloths every day and only got them one time every other time they told us they did not have them at the moment. they put toothpaste I purchased into a clean glass for some reason. the TV in the room cuts off every 5 to 10 minutes on its own and the front desk said they would check it out but did not. The breakfast buffet is good. I would definitely stay here again, but a little more care around the edges, better amenities and a little upgrading on outdated interiors is needed."
