"My wife & I have just returned from our 10 night stay in Prima Life where I celebrated my 60th. My honest opinion of our stay is, I would consider this more a 4* hotel. Although the rooms were lovely they were not as I would expect as a 5* hotel. The rooms were clean and I opt for a sea view with balcony which was nice. Room cleaning was excellent and our room cleaner Ali was fantastic and did a great job. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay but we did get hounded by one of the...

"Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed."

"Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, der Meerblick war nur teilweise möglich. Personal im Service war sehr freundlich. Snacks am Pool gab es leider nur auf Wegwerfgeschirr. In der Anlage gibt es einige Katzen. Leider auch im Restaurant. Das fanden wir nicht gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zum Teil überfordert. "
